Are all your vehicles ‘Non-Smoking’?

Yes, we operate a strict no smoking policy throughout the fleet - although our drivers are happy to stop en-route for a comfort break if you wish to smoke.

How will I recognise my driver?

If you are disembarking at an airport or cruise terminal, your Portcullis driver will be standing in a prominent position and holding up our distinctive meeting board with your name clearly displayed on it.

Why is a deposit required?

We require a 25% deposit for each booking in order to reserve the vehicle for you. This payment is there to protect both us and you.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you give us at least 24 hours notice of cancellation, you will be entitled to a full refund minus a 2% handling fee. If the cancellation is within 24 hours of your journey, provided we can re-book the vehicle we will give you a full refund minus the 2% handling charge. If it is not possible to rebook the vehicle in time, the deposit will be retained.

How do I pay the deposit?

Your deposit can be paid securely online using a credit or debit card. The amount is deducted from your hire charge and a receipt will be presented by your driver on collection.
